Reebok’s shoe, especially made for Crossfit, is called the Nano.
And just in time for the new year fitness resolutions comes the seventh version of this popular training shoe called the Nano 7.
Updates include a refined structure to the shoe, a grippy rubberised material on the top (to help you climb ropes) and better cushioning for absorbing shocks.
Some of the the other named technologies include NANOWEAVE, a Powerlaunch toebox and a reinforced heel clip to offer increased stability and a locked in feel for during your workout.
