MUSTO’s new line of snow sports clothing

Called the Marine Adventure Snow collection

For decades MUSTO has created high-end clothing for sailing and the outdoors, but this season is the first time the brand is making technical clothing for snow sports.

We’re not just talking about fashionable ski clothing here; we’re talking about kit that really will perform in extreme conditions and keep you warm and dry on the slopes.

Many of the new items have GORE-TEX and PrimaLoft insulation, but there are also RECCO avalanche Rescue System reflectors and other snowsport specific features like boot gaiters and built-in lift pass pockets.

Here’s a run through of what MUSTO calls the ‘Marine Adventure Snow Collection’.

Worn together or separately, MUSTO says the EVERY RANGE “represents the pinnacle of snow sports wear”. The jacket fits perfectly with the trousers. The jacket has two-layer GORE-TEX with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating and fully taped seams while the trousers have three-layer GORE-TEX. The trousers have ski-boot access openings and gaiters as well as reinforcement overlays to prevent snags and abrasion wear. The are also RECCO avalanche rescue reflectors.

This lovely looking insulated jacket is waterproof and windproof and has 4-way stretchy fabric and articulated sleeves meaning it’s ideal for wearing while skiing and moving about. It also has a removable helmet-compatible hood and lycra inner cuffs with thumb holes in.

Especially for women, the Evolution Apline jacket has a slimline silhouette with a stretchy outer fabric that’s also extremely waterproof and breathable. MUSTO says this is “one of the most technical women’s snow sports jackets on the market”.

Women’s only £499
