The Farmhouse in Morzine

Your day begins with breakfast in the old cattle shed

STAY at the Farmhouse in Morzine and your day begins with breakfast in the old cattle shed.

A ski host will then introduce you to the local ski runs. And after a long day on the slopes, you’ll return to the Farmhouse’s bar for a hot toddy and a seat by the crackling log fire. In the evening, the chalet’s owner, Dorrien, hosts a slap-up dinner where you can share stories of the day’s skiing.

Come bedtime there are big, characterful bedrooms, whose bathrooms have white robes and lavish lotions, and are reached by walking up a central stone staircase. Did we mention that some of the rooms have mountain views too?

From 728 Euros per person per week (half board).
