Klättermusen has launched its SS21 range and there’s some lovely new items for hiking and trekking.
The brand has created a lightweight version of its wind and waterproof fabric Cutan® and this has incorporated in to some of the designs. Meanwhile the brand’s waterproof Retina® fabric returns.

We are also proud to say that the SS21 collection will leave less of an impact on nature than any of its predecessors.”

Asynja jacket and pants
The Asynja jacket and pants are made from bluesign® approved fluorocarbon-free Cutan® fabric. Both have fully taped seams. Weighing just over 300g on the jacket and 293g on the pants, the Asynja set is a great lightweight ally for activities in tough conditions, while providing breathability and a comfortable fit. In addition, both jackets and pants can be easily packed into their own pockets. Asynja prices start from £200.
Grimner pants and shorts
These pants/trousers are made from one of Kla?ttermusen’s latest fabric innovations called Hirsutum®. This is organic cotton blended with bio-based polyamide and elastane. For durability the knees and rear are reinforced with Cordura® ripstop, and there’s a reflective triangle on the leg. Prices start from £150.
Brimer backpacks
The 24L & 32L backpacks are designed to move with your body thanks to the flexible aluminium frame and the adjustable waist belt. The main fabric is made of 100% recycled and fully waterproof Retina® fabric making the Brimer a very resistant pack without compromising weight. The lid-covered main opening combined with big side pockets and a front bungee system makes these packs perfect for 1-2 day long hiking and trekking trips. Brimer prices start from £210.
